Penny is trained in all methods of applying permanent cosmetics but primarily uses and teaches the gentle SofTap hand method and Nouveau Contour Digital Machine. As a very successful business woman with a great reputation in the Northwest for her compassion and artistry in the professional field of Permanent Cosmetics, her expertise is in facial cosmetics enhancements and Advanced Para-Medical procedures including Areola Complex Restoration and camouflage.

She is a board member of the SPCP, where she holds the highly esteemed CPCP status,  and a member in good standing of the Chamber of Commerce.
