Penny Rudy is a Certified Permanent Cosmetic Professional (CPCP), Trainer, Distributor and Artist.  Well known and highly respected, she has worked in this industry since 1998.  Penny is trained in all methods of applying permanent cosmetics but primarily uses and teaches the gentle SofTap hand method and Nouveau Contour Digital Machine.  As a successful business woman with a great reputation in the Northwest for her compassion and artistry in the professional field of Permanent Cosmetics, Penny's expertise is in facial cosmetics enhancements and Advanced Para-Medical procedures including Areola Complex Restoration and camouflage.

She is well known for her "3-D" artistic nipple/areola effects and is referred by several Plastic Surgeons and physicians throughout the state of Washington.  Penny serves on the committee of the "Network Of Strength" breast cancer organization and supported the passing of  Senate Bill 5391, that requires regulations for the industry to ensure safety and professionalism to the public and technicians.

She was Director-at-Large on the SPCP Board of Directors from 2007 to 2009, and is a current member of the Chamber of Commerce.  With the blending of her extensive creative and artistic abilities, her love and enthusiasm for people, and enjoyment in her work; the results achieved are beautiful, beneficial, lasting and very satisfying.
